Immersive Event Print
Mycotoo approached our company when they were in the process of organising an event in the UK. They specifically sought out companies in Manchester that specialise in large format printing. Their goal was to create an immersive experience lasting two months, featuring four large themed rooms adorned with full wall prints, smaller prints, foamex signage, external window graphics, external banner graphics, and more.
Upon receiving the project briefs, they entrusted us with the task, prompting us to schedule a Zoom call to discuss the project details further. In preparation for the call, we diligently prepared samples of the materials to showcase to the company. Additionally, we provided them with a comprehensive quote for the work, which they expressed great satisfaction with, leading them to choose us as their printing partner.
To ensure accuracy and feasibility, we conducted a thorough site survey, meticulously measuring dimensions and confirming associated costs. This step allowed us to have a solid foundation for the project execution.
It seems that one of the challenges we encountered during the process was the late submission of artwork. Despite this setback, we managed to overcome the obstacle by pulling together our resources and working tirelessly to meet the deadline. Ultimately, we successfully completed all the necessary preparations just in time for the event.
